Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs if they decide to change their mind. The customer must return within 30 days.  We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

As we have stock at different locations across the UK in multiple warehouses, we are unable to show products to our customers. We do have a Return Policy where customers can return items if not fully satisfied. 

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible to make the amendmants. We normally ship all logged orders in the morning, so if your order has been shipped then unfortunately we can't do anything.
