What Is Convex Bar?

Convex bar (feather edge handrail) is a mild steel bar with a rounded, domed top and a flat bottom. The rounded top is comfortable to grip, making it the go-to section for handrails on stairs, ramps, balconies and railings. It is welded or bolted to posts and balustrade frames, and finished with matching convex handrail ends and corners.

From 25 x 7mm up to 60 x 30mm. Most sizes in 3m lengths; 40mm sizes also in 6m; square-edge mild steel options in 6.1m. Choose your size from the dropdown.
