About 6063 T6 Aluminium
6063 T6 is a medium-strength architectural alloy known for its clean surface finish, high corrosion resistance and excellent workability. It is readily cut, drilled, welded and anodised, making flat bar a versatile choice for both functional and decorative fabrication.
Common Uses
Brackets and supports, trims and edging, frames and structures, fixing strips and packers, vehicle and marine components, architectural detailing, and general fabrication and DIY.
Finish
Supplied in a standard mill finish. The surface may show normal mill marking or handling marks typical of extruded aluminium bar. A brushed, polished or anodised finish (including black, silver or coloured anodised aluminium flat bar) can be applied separately if required for a decorative trim.
