About 6063 T6 Aluminium
6063 T6 is a medium-strength architectural alloy known for its clean surface finish, high corrosion resistance and excellent workability. It is readily machined, drilled, welded and anodised, making it a popular choice for both functional and decorative fabrication.
Common Uses
Machining and turning, shafts, pins, dowels and spacers, structural and architectural framing, brackets and supports, vehicle and marine components, and general fabrication and DIY.
Finish
Supplied in a standard mill finish. The surface may show normal mill marking or handling marks typical of extruded aluminium bar. A brushed, polished or anodised finish can be applied separately if required.
