6063 T6 aluminium box section and rectangular section — also called aluminium square tube or aluminium hollow section — in 5m lengths or cut to size on request, covering square (SHS) and rectangular (RHS) profiles. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant and easy to machine, with a clean mill finish suited to architectural and fabrication work.
Used for lightweight frames, shopfitting, display structures, greenhouse frames, curtain walling, signage, furniture, marine fabrication, vehicle bodywork and any application where weight and corrosion resistance matter more than maximum strength.
Material and Grade
6063 is an architectural aluminium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth extruded finish. T6 temper means it has been solution heat-treated and artificially aged for the highest strength in the alloy. The natural mill finish can be left as-is, anodised or powder coated.
