About Grade 304 Stainless Steel
304 (1.4307) is the most widely used austenitic stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, strength and a clean bright finish. It is readily welded and fabricated and is well suited to architectural, structural, marine, catering and food-industry applications where hygiene and corrosion resistance matter.
