Rackerman galvanised wire mesh is a versatile welded steel mesh for garden and general use — borders and boundaries, pet and poultry runs, compost bays, plant and tree protection, screens and DIY projects. With a balanced 19–25mm aperture in galvanised steel, it is strong, rigid and built to last outdoors, giving you a tidy, see-through barrier that holds its shape season after season.
Welded wire mesh (weldmesh) is manufactured to BS EN 10223-4 by resistance-welding galvanised steel wires into a rigid grid that will not unravel when cut. That makes it far easier to work with than woven netting: panels stay square, edges stay clean, and the mesh keeps its tension between posts without sagging — ideal for neat garden runs and quick DIY enclosures.

Sold per roll; cut to length with bolt cutters or an angle grinder, leaving no loose strands. Fix with cable ties, J-clips or hog rings, or galvanised staples to timber. Overlap roll ends by one full square and clip them closed for a continuous run.
