Cast iron style column radiators — the heritage look, modern heat
A column radiator that recreates the timeless cast iron radiator look in lightweight 1.5mm mild steel — so it heats up faster, weighs far less and is easier to fit than solid cast iron. Choose 2, 3 or 4 column in anthracite, black or white, in horizontal or tall vertical formats. Not sure what output you need? Use the BTU calculator below.
Where it works
One classic style for period homes and modern rooms alike — swipe through.
What size radiator do you need?
Enter your room and we'll estimate the heat output (BTU) you need, then match you to a radiator you can add straight to your basket.
A guide only, based on standard Δt50 heat-loss rules. Recommendations show the smallest size whose output meets or exceeds your figure. For a full heat-loss survey, ask a heating engineer.
Check the heat output of any size
Pick a size and column count to see its exact BTU and wattage (at ΔT50).
Which finish?
How many columns?
Column count sets both heat output and how far the radiator projects from the wall.

Good to know
Column radiators bring timeless multi-column styling to modern central heating. This range recreates the classic cast iron radiator look in lightweight mild steel — for faster heat-up, easier handling and simpler installation than real cast iron. Choose 2 column, 3 column and 4 column configurations in anthracite grey, black and white, in both horizontal and vertical formats, sized to heat everything from a small cloakroom to a high-ceilinged period lounge.
Cast iron style, modern performance
This cast iron style radiator gives the heritage look of a Victorian or Edwardian traditional radiator without the weight, slow warm-up or fragility of solid cast iron. The mild-steel body heats up quickly and evenly, and a triple-layer powder coat protects the finish for years. If you love the period aesthetic but want efficient, low-maintenance heating, a cast iron style column radiator is the practical choice.
2, 3 & 4 column heat output
Column count drives both heat output and depth. A 2 column radiator is the slimmest, ideal for smaller rooms or tight wall projection. A 3 column radiator (also sold as a triple column radiator) lifts BTU output for medium rooms, while a 4 column radiator delivers maximum heat for large rooms, hallways and high-ceiling homes. Every size lists its BTU/watt output so you can match or exceed your room's heat demand.
Anthracite, black & white finishes
Order a black column radiator for a bold contemporary statement, a white column radiator for a clean traditional finish, or an anthracite column radiator — the most popular modern shade. All three colours are stocked across the full size range in both formats.
Vertical & horizontal formats
A horizontal column radiator sits neatly under windows or along longer walls, while a tall vertical column radiator maximises heat in narrow hallways, landings and kitchens where wall width is limited. Vertical designs turn a slim strip of wall into a genuine heat source and a design feature.
What size column radiator do I need?
Each variant lists its BTU and watt output. Not sure what output your room needs? Use our free BTU calculator to work out the exact BTU/kW requirement (it follows the official BS EN 12831 method), then choose a column radiator that meets or exceeds it.
