Perforated aluminium combines strength with open area for airflow, light, drainage and visual effect. All patterns are round-hole on a staggered 60° triangular layout, the UK industry standard. The pattern code reads as R (hole diameter) / T (pitch, centre-to-centre spacing).

Sizes, thickness & specification
Sheet sizes: 2 x 1m and 2.5 x 1.25m. Thicknesses: 1mm, 1.5mm. Heavier gauges give greater rigidity and load-bearing capacity; lighter gauges are easier to cut, form and handle for decorative screens. Material is supplied to BS EN ISO 9001 production tolerances. These are stock-size sheets – for bespoke cut-to-size pieces or trade quantities (5+ sheets) contact us for a project quote.

Lead times are currently 3–5 working days. Perforated sheets are heavy, bulky items and are delivered on a pallet to mainland UK addresses. Please ensure suitable site access and someone available to assist with offloading. Free UK delivery is included.

What does a code like R5/T8 mean?
The 'R' is the round hole diameter in millimetres and the 'T' is the pitch – the centre-to-centre spacing between holes – on a staggered 60° pattern. So R5/T8 is 5mm round holes spaced 8mm apart. This is the standard UK perforated sheet convention.
