Both are the same tough natural rubber; 5mm simply adds comfort and durability for heavier use.
Cut and fit in minutes
Rolling out rubber flooring rolls couldn't be simpler. Measure your space, roll the matting out and trim to fit with a sharp knife or straight edge — it cuts cleanly and lies flat. For permanent installs you can bond it with rubber flooring adhesive or double-sided tape, but in most garages, sheds and vans the weight of the matting holds it in place. Leaving it to acclimatise flat for a few hours helps it settle.
